Family Office

Clear thinking.
Sound judgement.
Long-term responsibility.

red husky is the family office of the Fendt family, the founding family behind Fendt tractors. We help bring clarity to decisions involving family, business, assets and the future.

01 / Values

A dependable framework for important decisions.

A family office is not a list of services.

It is a trusted point of coordination when family, ownership, business and capital come together.

We clarify the issue, structure the options and help move decisions forward. Where specialist advice is required, we involve experienced external partners and remain responsible for the wider picture.

The objective is not to make the adviser visible. It is to help the family make a sound decision.

I

Responsibility

The family’s interests come first. Every decision is considered in its full financial, entrepreneurial and personal context.

II

Perspective

We look beyond the immediate answer and consider what a decision may mean across market cycles, ownership structures and generations.

III

Continuity

Clear responsibilities, direct communication and consistent follow-through create the basis for long-term relationships.

02 / Focus

Experience where decisions carry weight.

Certain matters recur in our work.

01

Real estate

Acquisition, sale and stewardship

We support the acquisition, sale, development and ongoing oversight of real estate. Depending on the situation, we coordinate market approach, due diligence, negotiations, financing and execution with the appropriate specialists.

02

Financing

Structuring and lender engagement

A strong financing process begins before the market is approached. We develop the financing case, identify suitable banks and capital providers, coordinate discussions and support the process through implementation.

03

Germany / United States

Transatlantic coordination

We support German entrepreneurial families and mid-sized businesses when decisions involve both Germany and the United States. This includes expansion, relocation, strategic sales, partial exits and equity transactions.

03 / USA

Germany and the United States, considered as one.

Cross-border decisions affect more than a transaction. They can influence ownership, company structure, people, property, wealth and succession.

red husky coordinates the German side and keeps the long-term interests of the owners in view. Our transatlantic work is carried out in close partnership with Miles Howland & Co. LLC and Beaumont. Together, the three firms combine owner-level coordination in Germany, execution and market access in the United States, and international investment and platform expertise.

01

Expansion & Market Entry

Building a US presence that fits the business.

We support decisions involving location, corporate structure, banking, real estate, compliance and local operating partners. The aim is not simply to establish a US entity. It is to create a structure that works for the company, its owners and its long-term plans.

02

M&A & Equity Transactions

A transaction should serve the owners — not the other way around.

We support the preparation and coordination of strategic sales, partial exits and equity transactions in the US market. The transaction is considered alongside the family’s wider wealth, ownership and succession objectives.

03

Close partners

Three firms. One coordinated transatlantic process.
