Huskies supported their drivers with great strength and loyalty in order to successfully complete their journeys. A red husky is much more than a sled dog. The ideology behind Red Husky is centered around the devotion to the driver and the perseverance in ensuring the success of his mission. Family offices have their roots in the sixth century, when a king’s steward was responsible for managing royal wealth. Later on, the aristocracy also called on this service from the steward, creating the concept of stewardship that still exists today. The modern concept of the family office originated in the 19th century. In 1838, the family of financier and art collector J.P. Morgan founded the House of Morgan to manage his family assets. In 1882, the Rockefellers founded their own family office, which is still in existence and provides services to other families.
The term family office can refer to a family controlled investment group. A family office is a private company that manages investments and trusts for a single family. The company's financial capital is the family's own wealth, often accumulated over many family generations. Services typically handled by the traditional family office include property management, day-to-day accounting and payroll activities, and management of legal affairs. Family offices often provide family management services, which includes family governance, financial and investment education, philanthropy coordination, and succession planning. CHRISTIAN HAGER
Christian Hager is family officer and managing director of red husky. He has more than 20 years of experience in various areas of the financial and corporate business. After his training and studies in Germany, the USA and South Korea he successfully completed his University degree in international financial management. Prior to the founding of red husky he worked as a relationship manager at Hauck & Aufhäuser Privatbankiers.
